character, Macduff's character, and new motifs
Tuesday: Continue discussing Act 4, scene 3; begin reading and discussing Act 5, scenes 1-4, with a focus on the
significant changes in both Macbeth and Lady Macbeth and on the significant themes.
HOMEWORK: Complete Act 5 Vocabulary Lesson (due tomorrow)
Wednesday: Continue reading and discussing Act 5, scenes 5-8 with a focus on Macbeth's return, new motifs, and the
irony of the witches' prophecies
Thursday: SSR Day
Friday: Final discussion of Macbeth, covering all motifs, themes, and foils, in preparation for next Monday's quiz
